Buffers Model Railways was established in 1999 by Maria & Jeff.

Unfortunately, Jeff was sadly lost in 2007, but with tremendous support & encouragement from her Customers, Maria has carried on with great success.

There have been several staff changes along the way, but Maria & her son Jack have been a constant presence.

We would like to give a huge thanks to our fantastic volunteers (you know who you are!)

 Since 2023 we were joined by Mike, who has been a customer for over 10 years & was sucked in! He has now become an integral part of the team.

To celebrate our 25^th anniversary, we have teamed up with Dapol to produce an OO Gauge Buffers Wagon.

Also available we have teamed up with Peco to produce an N Gauge Wagon reff: 9924N
